The 35 Livermore Valley wineries, many open daily for tastings and pic- nicking, celebrate the longer days with summer concerts, winemaker din- ners, barbecues, barrel tastings and many other “do it in a day” events and wine tasting activities.

A Labor Day weekend wine country adventure is just minutes away from many Bay Area communities at the 25th Annual Livermore Valley Wine Harvest Celebration. Networked via special shuttle buses, each winery has its own slate of events, seminars, entertainment, live music, and, of course, wine tastings. Cooking demonstrations, Bocce Ball, live music, arts and crafts exhibits, and sales make for a ?tting end to summer as the wine country heralds this year’s new harvest.
