Wine Country Salad

serves 6-8

1 # baby spring mix lettuce
1 basket cherry tomatoes
1/2 c crumbled feta or gorgonzola cheese
1 gallon Zip-loc bag
1/2 c balsamic vinaigrette

Procedure: Place lettuce, tomatoes and cheese in zip-loc bag (you can add other favorite dry ingredients too) and refrigerate. At the camp, pour dressing into zip-loc, seal and toss together until coated, serve immediately.
