Baked Brie with Roasted Garlic

Procedure: cut tops off two or more heads of garlic. Rub with oil and bake at 350º F for 1 hour. Place a wedge of Brie in an appropriate ovenproof serving dish, place the garlic around the brie, and bake at 350º F until brie is bubbly and oozing. Serve with crostini or french bread.
