Zinfandel Recipes |
marinated strawberries
1 lb. strawberries, washed, hulled & halved
2 oz port style Zinfandel (or dry zin & 2 T sugar)
2 T balsamic vinegar
Toss strawberries in liquid, cover and let stand
4 hours, tossing once along the way. Spoon over cheesecake, ice cream or your
favorite chocolate dessert.
