SEVICHE

INGREDIENTS:

1lb. calamari cleaned & cut into rings

1lb. diced sole or other whitefish

1lb. baby shrimp

juice of 7 limes

1 jalapeno seeded & minced

1/4c cilantro leaves

1 red bell pepper small dice

1 red onion small dice

4 T salt

1 t cayenne

1t cumin toasted

PROCEDURE:

Marinate all ingredients together in lime juice & salt overnight chilled. Serve with

sliced avocado, fresh tortilla strips & ripe diced tomato.
