Eagle Valley East & West Golf Courses
The East course is wide open and set up for the beginning and intermediate player. It runs 6,658 yards
and plays to a par 72. The West course is a links style course putting a premium on shot making.
It stretches 6,421 yards and plays to 72 strokes. Jack Snyder was the Architect for the East &
West Courses. The East Course opening in 1974 and the West course opened in 1987.

Empire Ranch Golf Course
This 27 hole championship course overlooks the Carson River and is surrounded by numerous lakes and
wetlands. The course is 6,370 yards of beauty and plays to a par 72. The facility also includes a
driving range, pro shop and restaurant. The course architect was Cary Bickler and opened in1997.

Carson Valley Golf Course
Originally designed by Red Swift, Carson Valley plays through tall cottonwoods and the Carson River. The course is 6,023 yards in length and offers

Dayton Valley at Legado Golf Club
This course has been the host of PGA Tour Qualifying since 1995. Designed by Arnold Palmer the course
offers strategically placed lakes and bunkers. Dayton Valley at Legado plays to a tough par 72 and is

Silver Oak Golf Club
Architect Duncan-Salomon designed this course and it opened in 1999. The course offers panoramic views.
It plays to 6,488 yards and is nestled among the foothills of Northwest Carson City. The course is open

Resort Course at Genoa
This course was formerly known as Sierra Nevada and upon our visit in October was being upgraded. John
Harbottle and Johnny Miller designed this course and it opened in 1998. From the tips it is 7,358 yards
and is a par 72. The course is an 18 hole masterpiece which is carved out of the eastern Sierra,

The Golf Club at Genoa Lakes
The 3rd “Best Course in the State” opened in 1998. John Harbottle and Peter Jacobsen designed this
beautiful course. It plays 7,358 yards and plays to par 72, which plays in a natural setting winding

Sunridge Golf Club
Sunridge Development opened the course in 1998. The course winds through the Carson Valley and
features elevated tees and sloping fairways. The overall length is 7054 yards and plays to a par 72.
They redesigned the old eighteenth hole and you can now enjoy an additional hole.
